Role Description
Due to continued growth and expansion, Robinson Young is looking to recruit a Product Development & Brand Manager to join our team in Bury St Edmunds.

This is a full-time role focused on product development, supplier relationship management and brand growth across multiple FMCG categories. The successful candidate will work closely with leading UK and international brands, helping drive innovation, product launches and commercial performance across retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e-commerce channels.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing supplier and brand partner relationships
• Conducting market, sales and competitor data analysis
• Identifying market trends and growth opportunities
• Supporting new product development from concept to launch
• Managing product lifecycles and brand performance
• Collaborating with sales, marketing and commercial teams to drive growth
• Supporting strategic planning and category development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in product development, brand management or buying
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
• Experience within Health & Beauty, household or wider FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous
