Minimum Order Value (MOQ): £1,000 + VAT
Delivery Requirements:
Business address only
Must be accessible by a side-curtained lorry
Must allow pallet offloading (forklift or pump truck access)
No restricted zones (e.g., weight limits, red routes, or clearways)
Account Terms:
Credit applications: Must include completed Terms & Conditions with a handwritten signature (no typed signatures accepted)
E-tailers: Operate on proforma basis for a minimum of 6 months to establish trading history
