Apprenticeships and Robinson Young

At Robinson Young, we’re continuing to invest in the future of our business through apprenticeships—recognising their value in developing talent, strengthening skills, and supporting long-term growth.

We recently welcomed two new starters, Noah (E-Commerce) and Freja (Finance), who will begin their apprenticeship journeys later this year, and have already started making a positive impact at Robinson Young. Their roles will combine practical, on-the-job experience with structured learning. Equipping them with the skills and knowledge to build successful careers.

Apprenticeships have evolved significantly in recent years, now offering pathways across a wide range of disciplines, with many leading to degree-level qualifications. This blended approach delivers real value enabling individuals to learn, earn, and contribute from day one, while supporting businesses in building capable, future-ready teams.

Demonstrating our commitment, Robinson Young attended the recent Apprenticeship Awards evening hosted by the Eastern Education Group, bringing together employers and apprentices from across the region to celebrate success and share best practice.

We were also proud to sponsor the Apprenticeship Advocate Award, recognising those who go above and beyond to champion apprenticeships within their organisations.

This marks the start of our 2026 apprenticeship journey. As we continue to grow our programme, we remain focused on creating opportunities, developing talent, and building a stronger workforce for the future.
