Supporting EACH at RY’s Big Tea Break

Earlier this week the RY team swapped their desks for teacups as we came together for this year’s Big Tea Break! An uplifting morning in support of our 2026 chosen local charity, EACH (East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices).

With the kettle on and cake stands at the ready, colleagues from across the business took a well-earned break to enjoy a fantastic spread of sweet treats, all while raising money for a great cause. From homemade bakes to classic favourites, our talented RY bakers truly delivered.

The event wasn’t just about the cakes (although they were a highlight).
A series of fun fundraising activities kept everyone entertained, including: “Guess the Number of Tea Bags & Coffee Beans,” “What Tea is It?” challenge, and a lively themed quiz that brought out plenty of competitive spirit.

A big thank you goes to our Events & Engagement Team for creating such an enjoyable and well-organised event, helping bring colleagues together in a relaxed and social setting.
We can’t wait for further events throughout the year and raising more money for such a worthy cause!
