Robinson Young Limited, along with Robinson Young Holdings, is a broker and Distributer of a wide range of non-food products used throughout the home and by businesses.

We do not manufacture any of the products that we sell and/or distribute but we do recognise that as an organisation we may have some impact on the environment. Therefore, we are committed to a policy of continuous improvement, along with our Manufacturing Partners and throughout the Supply Chain, in the ways in which we source and manage our products and the day to day operations of the business.

Policy Brief & Purpose

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Company Policy refers to our responsibility towards our environment. We aim to ensure that the measures we use to manage our operations are aligned to ensure;

  • Develop positive relationships with our suppliers
  • Take care of our employees
  • Be responsible for our impact on the environment
  • Deliver value to our customers
  • Support through charitable donations

 

The Company believes that its CSR policy shall provide long-term benefits to its employees, customers, partners and individuals in all communities around the world, with particular focus on;

Environmental Impact – Managing our business activities to ensure we maximise on recycling opportunities and minimise the risk of pollution, waste and noise to our neighbours
Sustainable Development – Reducing long-term impacts including energy efficiency of dwellings, transport and meeting social economical needs
Health & Safety – Ensure that all activities and processes provide a safe working environment
Employees – Respect the values of its employees, providing good conditions of work and equal opportunities. We will continually look for ways to improve employee satisfaction through training and development, creating an environment for feedback
Suppliers & Partners – Treating all suppliers fairly, ensuring they meet the company standards expected through their services and the supply chain
Customer Relationships – Being responsive to customer needs and providing a quality service that incorporates all relevant legislative considerations
Community Work – Charitable giving to local and national organisations
Ethos – Encouraging high standards of professionalism throughout the company and promoting best practise in respect of ethical behaviour
