What we did?
Robinson Young took over the Sales, Marketing and Distribution of Ace in September 2014; since then the brand’s market share has more than doubled, in the first 12 months of representing the brand it has seen 25% sales growth.
That doesn’t take into account the distribution we have achieved into two further major multiple retailers since then.
We have recently launched Ace for Whites, and the early signs are that this will be as successful as the renowned Ace for Colours. We’re excited to be launching more highly innovative Ace products next year.
How we did it
We achieved this by firstly repositioning the product by developing the design and packaging to meet both consumer and retailer needs. We then also developed and implemented a comprehensive targeted national marketing and communication programme, including a highly engaging social media campaign, effectively combined with a dynamic trade promotional support plan.
